We have been busy with paint this week. We have squeezed bottles of paint, dripped paints down a slide and painted with big paint brushes. Great fun!!

Drumming
We enjoyed dropping ping pong balls on the drums today. It made an interesting sound. We managed to keep the ping pong balls bouncing a few times on the drums.

Sing at home with your family and colour in the pictures. Can you tell your adult or sibling which part of your body to point to?
Play a game, pointing at different parts of your body.
Afternoon Activities
Starting this week Mrs Kenny and Mrs Godfrey will post a daily afternoon activity for you to have a go at home. Do as much as you can. Below is a timetable of the activities that will be on the blog each day so that you can get into a routine. Printed examples of anything you need will be in your child’s book bag on that day. Alternatively you can do some of the activities online. Here is what to expect:
Have a go and have fun. Please do send us any photos so we can publish your afternoon fun on the blog.
Reading books will continue to come home as usual.

Here are some fun leaning opportunites for you to do at home in the afternoons. This website has some great leanring opportinutoes though videos that you can watch on your computers or on your TV. Our suggestion is to choose one for area of learning in a week and do it for about 20 mins.

Snowy trees
Today we made snowy trees.
First we “dropped ” snowballs then we used sticks to make tree and painted delicate snowdrops on it.
Snowman names
We would love to build a proper snowman but until we can we have made snowmen with our names!
Creative winter fun
We have rolled balls through winter colours
…..and enjoyed making Snowmen using shaving foam and other bits and pieces.
