Do you have a favourite book? One that you like to look at again and again?
When I was little I loved listening to my Dad reading me Brer Rabbit stories
And stories about a girl called Pollyanna .
Today why don’t you spend some time looking at some of your best books? They might not be stories, they might be information books where you can find out about something you are really interested in eg or

Here are some lovely books to look at and listen to on your computer…….

Star Chalking
Wednesday – Outside Activity
We have been learning to draw stars at school. Take your drawing outside this afternoon and if you have some chalks draw them on the ground.
Use the black paper and star stickers to draw a star constellation. Stick your stickers on the paper and then join up with chalk lines.
Multiplication
Over the past two weeks we have been investigating different ways of multiplying. We have been looking at lots of different groups – here we grouped the cubes onto plates and calculated how many we had altogether.
Stars
Tuesday – Handwriting/motor skills
Can you follow the pattern of the star with your finger? You can trace the outline of the star with play dough, paint, pens or just your finger. Use the star template and find as many different ways to trace the star. You could use lego bricks, dried pasta shapes, beads or anything you can find at home.
Have a go.
