We had a great time at music and movement club this week. We did some yoga, used drums as our instrument this week and danced and bopped to some music chosen by the children.

This week’s story is about a very kind giant.

We all enjoyed learning with this story this week. Everyone joined in with re-telling their own versions of the story in lots of different ways. We particularly enjoyed the story telling tray. Here are some pictures of some of us using the story tray this week.

Welcome back to the Summer Term!! We hope you have had a lovely Easter break. Here is the first story for this half term. The stories are all about fantasy, rhyme and imagination. This is a funny story about a little old lady who thinks her house is ‘A squash and a squeeze’.

Well done Copper Base for working so hard this term. This week we finished our A-Z alphabet books all about jungle creatures and what an amazing piece of writing you have produced. We are very proud of you all.

Next half term we will be reading fantasy stories, stories that will be about magic, adventure and using our imaginations!!
