Some of us have been looking at the clocks this week and learning to read the time to 5 minutes. Great work.
This week we are looking at a story all about what different pets do.
Welcome back Copper Base. This half term we will be reading and sharing stories all about Pets!!
This week we will be discussing what makes a good pet.
What a fantastic half term we have had reading and enjoying books all about colour. We have particularly enjoyed the stories Mixed by Aree Chung and The Colour Monster by Anna Llenas. We worked together to make this wonderful colour monster this week.
Have a wonderful half term break and we will see you on 19th February.
Today, is National Safer Internet Day. The children have spent time both in assembly and in class, discussing and learning about how to stay safe online. The main focus of our learning has been the importance of talking to a trusted grown-up if the children come across anything they don’t like or are unsure of online. We have also looked at our SMART rules for using digital devices and the internet and the different places we can go for help. Ask your child at home about what they can remember about our discussion and for any further information or guidance about staying safe online or Safer Internet Day please visit https://www.saferinternetday.org
This week we are reading a colour story all about emotions.
