This week we are reading a story about a sea creature who would like to share his shell.

Some of us have been sorting fractions this week. It has been tricky but we have kept on going and worked hard.

We have been working hard this week learning about all the different types of crabs there are. Did you know that there is a crab called the ‘snowcrab’? We have been writing our own stories about the crabs, changing what the crab found to stick on his shell each time.

We have be talking about the different features of fishes. These children have found out some interesting facts using the key words – has, is and can.

This weeks story is also written by Eric Carle. It is about a crab who is looking for a new home. I wonder what he will find?

This half term we will be reading stories all about the ocean. this weeks story is all about a seahorse who wants to make friends.
