This week we are reading a colour story all about emotions.

We have really enjoyed reading this story this week. We have talked about lots of different colour names, which colours mix to make what and also explored our different interests, personalities and families. We have enjoyed our discussions and made some lovely posters.

This weeks story is all about different colours and what happens when they mix together.

We have worked hard this week on writing our own stories using The Magic Paintbrush for inspiration. Here are some of our plans and finished writing pieces. Some of us wrote stories about magic crayons soome about magic wands and there was even a story about a magic sword.

We created some lovely line drawings using our dots as a starting point. Some of drawings were in space and some were butterflies. Have a look and see below.
