This is our story for this week. How many people will it take to pull out that turnip!!!!

This week in sensory club we explored musical instruments. We made our own shakers and tried out different instruments that made different sounds.

We have been inspired this week after reading Oliver’s Fruits Salad to make our own fruit salad. We followed some instructions to help us make it.

We chose the fruit, washed the fruit, sliced the fruits, mixed the fruit and then ate the fruit salad.

WOW….this cress has been grown at home by this member of Copper Base. He said “to help it grow you need a sunny place, some soil and water”.

What a great job!!

This week we are enjoying Oliver’s Fruit Salad.

Some of us stayed after school yesterday for a sensory club. We had lots of fun with bubbles.

This week we are thinking about vegetables. We are enjoying reading this story.

We have all been busy this week with different maths activities. Some of us have been learning how to halve a quantity and some of us have been counting in tens and ordering numbers. It has been great fun.
