Daily Maths Activity

This week instead of doing your number of the day challenge, have a think about money. Have a look at any coins and notes you may have in your house and see if you can recognise and remember their value. You may have some pocket money….can you count up and find the total in your money box?

Click on the link below – here you will find some healthy foods that have been given a price. Can you choose one a day and see if you can find the correct coins to buy that item? Maybe you could find different ways of making that amount? What if you were to buy two items, how much will that be? How much could the salad be? Give it a price. Challenge yourself and have fun.

Keeping ourselves fit!!

Good Morning Copper Base,

Today we are going to think about keeping our bodies healthy by exercising and keeping fit

So today our challenge is to do some exercise!

Think about what you enjoy doing, inside or outside that will make your body work hard, pump your heart and make you strong

Perhaps you have already been doing a workout everyday with Joe Wicks? They are good fun

Or you might enjoy this video

Don’t forget these songs that we love at school and dance along to…….

Or just go outside and run, jump, skip, hop or chase a ball

I’m sure you find lots of ways to have fun and keep your body healthy
