Good Morning everyone…this week its HEALTHY WEEK!

We will be thinking about lots of ways to keep strong and look after our bodies

Lots of exercise, lots of delicious healthy food, getting enough sleep, keeping happy and making sure we keep ourselves clean and safe.

What a lovely sunny start to the day! I hope you have some fun outside today, perhaps jumping, scooting, playing with a ball…………have fun!

Here are some ideas to keep your fingers moving and make them feel strong!

Sprinkles sensory bag

Cloud dough!

To make cloud dough mix in the 1:8 ratio. That is 1 cup of oil to 8 cups of flour.

You will need:

  • All purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Oil based food coloring or powder food coloring
  • a bowl for mixing
  • a sensory tub for playing in
