Good morning Copper Base!

Just a reminder for your jobs today. How are you getting on finding out about Farms and how they provide us with food? We would love to see some of your jobs, perhaps you can send us some pictures?

Today we are going to share some ideas to help you practise learning to read and spell words and some lovely art ideas from Mrs Bearwish.

Don’t forget your number of the day investigations too!

Look at these pictures of SYMMETRY. Do you remember what that means? Can you find out?

Symmetry in Nature

Nature is full of symmetrical patterns. It follows geometric laws. By looking closely we can learn about the relationship between beauty, harmony and geometry.

Can you draw 2 other things in nature that are symmetrical?

Find some more animals with symmetric patterns. Draw some in detail.
